At the very least, your union contract will ensure that all your members understand what is expected of them and what they can expect of you. Leading a union can be hard – and often kind – work. There are some basic and pretty obvious details that your contract should include, that is, but there are also less obvious things that you may not have thought of. The tricky part occurs when a new member joins or an old member leaves. It`s a real pain in the neck to have to change and reprint the contract every time. This way, there will be no unpleasant surprises. And by unpleasant surprises, I mean one of your members who puts you on trial to claim profits to which you say you are not entitled, or the helmsmen who try to claim a large part of your profits! Are numbers randomly selected in each draw, or does each player provide (and can change) a series of numbers? Who is responsible for purchasing the tickets (you?) and someone will be appointed as a replacement in case you are sick or on vacation. How will your winnings be paid, wait until a certain value is reached or at regular intervals. What happens to the accumulated earnings when someone leaves or someone reintegrates? In case of big gain, you want advertising or not. Do you expect payments to be made before a certain deadline? If someone is unable to meet this date, they will not be included in the draw or there will be a grace period. Do you want monthly or weekly payments?.
